Q. Are your conservatories, orangeries, garden rooms, roof lanterns and folding sliding doors bespoke?

A. Yes, all our conservatories, orangeries, garden rooms, roof lanterns and folding sliding doors are purpose-built.

Q. I have a difficult situation (for example: an apartment on the 20th floor, a listed building, low roof pitch) – are you able to help?

A. Malbrook Conservatories offer a truly unique solution to every design situation, as every project is custom made. We do not work to pre-set modular parameters, colours or other specifications. All our designs are bespoke.

Q. Do you do all the final decoration and lead work to the house?
|

A. Yes all painting to joinery, both inside and out, and all lead flashings are included in Malbrook Conservatories' quotation.

Q. Do you use maintenance free products?
|

A. All our buildings have maintenance free roofs.
|
|

Q. What timber do you use?
|
| |
A. Malbrook Conservatories and Orangeries use a variety of hardwoods, selected from sustainable sources and meeting BS1186 because it is far more durable than softwood.

Q. Can you help with blinds, planting schemes, flooring, under floor heating & lighting?

A. Malbrook Conservatories are keen to advise and recommend on all these matters.

Q. Do you apply for planning or building permission on our behalf?
|

A. Yes, if it is required. Malbrook Conservatories work closely with local authorities and planning bodies. This is part of our service.

Q. Can you supply Low E, Argon filled and/or Pilkington 'Activ' glass?
|

A. Yes, Malbrook Conservatories and Orangeries offer a variety of glass treatments to comply with buildings regulations and specific site requirements.

Q. How can I arrange for someone to come and give me an estimate?

Q. Do you work outside the U.K?
|

A. Malbrook Conservatories are currently unable to undertake contracts outside the U.K. We currently work in southern England including London, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Essex, Devon, Somerset, Devon, Cambridgeshire, Bristol and Bath.

Q. Do you charge for conservatory or orangery drawings?

A. We reserve the right to make a nominal charge for certain projects, please discuss this with your designer.

Q. How much do your conservatories, orangeries or garden rooms cost?
|
| |
A. All our buildings are bespoke but an average starting price is about £20,000.00.
